A new session of Flexercise classes start back on Tuesday 20 August in the large  hall in Church Street from 10.30am until 11.30am The class is led by  a qualified Flexercise instructor by the name of Helen Geen.  The cost is £5 per session, non aerobic stretching, balancing and muscle strengthening, all done to music.  Age group is over 60's and at the moment about 14 attend.  All welcome.
