June Fayre 2018

This year's summer Fayre was held on Saturday 2 June and was officially opened by the Provost, Jean Jones. It was a glorious afternoon, well until the storm came! The stalls all did brisk business - strawberries and cream, bottle stall, books, white elephant, gifts, surprise bags, home baking. For the children, there was a bouncy castle, mini golf, frog in the bog, face painting, hair braiding and temporary tattoos to enjoy. For the adults, the tea room is always a must. The total realised on the day was £2,000 and a big thank you to everyone who came along as well as to the willing helpers. The final total raised £2,400 for church funds. All we can say is "thank you" to so many people for their hard work.
